Working Principle
The 2PLF grading tooth roller crusher is driven by dual motors through a reducer.
After the motor starts, the coupling transmits torque to the reducer and drives both rollers to rotate toward each other.
When material enters the crushing chamber, it is subjected to the shearing, splitting, and extrusion force generated by the rotating toothed rollers.
Once the material particle size reaches the required discharge size, it falls from the discharge port under gravity.
This machine is designed for uniform particle size, high crushing efficiency, and low over-crushing rate, making it especially suitable for materials with medium hardness.
Structural Features
This crusher mainly consists of electric motor, reducer, coupling, tooth rollers, frame, sealing cover, safety protection device, and other components.
