Application
The TDS three-shaft elliptical vibrating screen is a new generation of high-efficiency equal-thickness screening equipment developed through years of research and combined with advanced domestic and international technologies.
Compared with conventional vibrating screens, it provides significantly higher processing capacity and screening efficiency.
It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal preparation, building materials, electric power, chemical industry, and other fields where high-capacity and efficient classification are required.
Working Principle & Structural Features
The TDS screen adopts a three-shaft elliptical motion structure.
By combining shafts with different phase angles, the screen surface generates a progressive elliptical trajectory from the feed end to the discharge end, allowing materials to form an equal-thickness screening layer.
Key characteristics:
- Three-axis drive produces smooth elliptical vibration with high G-force, strong penetration, and stable operation.
- Equal-thickness screening ensures materials are stratified quickly, improving high-efficiency classification, especially for difficult-to-screen materials.
- The feeding end uses a larger amplitude to accelerate material dispersion, while the discharge end uses a smaller amplitude to enhance precision screening.
- The screen box is reinforced with high-strength plates and cross-beam structures for excellent rigidity and long service life.
- Modular screen panels (PU, rubber, manganese steel, perforated plate, etc.) can be selected based on application needs.
- The machine operates reliably with low noise, easy maintenance, and strong adaptability to various working conditions.
