Overview

Working Principle
The screen is driven by a vibration motor. Through the combined action of a primary vibrator, a secondary vibration plate, and dual vibration motors, the screen box performs reverse synchronous operation.
This generates powerful excitation forces, enabling periodic elastic motion of the screen surface.
Material fed into the screen is subjected to high-frequency vibration and directional movement, allowing fine particles to pass through rapidly while coarse particles are discharged smoothly.
This ensures stable material stratification and efficient screening.
