Working Principle

Driven by motor power, the eccentric shaft and belt pulley initiate the crusher’s moving jaw.
Through the rotation of the eccentric shaft, the moving jaw repeatedly approaches and moves away from the fixed jaw, creating:

  • Large crushing force
  • Continuous material compression
  • Efficient discharge through gravity and mechanical motion

Crushing occurs in the V-shaped chamber where material is squeezed and broken under high pressure, then discharged from the bottom.
